Project Description

Laurent Boulangerie were looking to expand their wholesale market with the new innovative Artisan style breads and had recently purchased a state-of-the-art high speed ‘Stress Free Artisan Bread Line’ from Europe. Total Construction’s Food and Beverage division was contracted to provide process engineering assistance to design the new bakery including determining the size and configuration of the process plant, equipment layout and associated utilities/ services required to meet medium and long term production forecasts and growth strategies.
