As 50% of our projects are design and construct, our in-house design team look to find ways to improve ‘build ability’ and offer value engineering solutions where possible.

The Construction Management process is an open book methodology for the project budget. The remuneration to Total is based on a lump sum amount for project management/ construction services plus a % margin applied to the final project cost.
